The Young Offshore Engineering Society (YOES) is the new branch of the Offshore Engineering Society (OES) dedicated to young professionals and students interested in the offshore industry. Our goal is to promote the sharing of knowledge among young professionals and students, provide support for the first steps of their careers, and offer valuable networking opportunities.

As a YOES member, you will have access to a wide range of exciting events tailored to the needs of young professionals and students, including lectures, workshops, site visits, career events, and more. We aim to build on the OES legacy and enable YOES members to obtain valuable insights from experienced professionals.

Please note that YOES membership is open to all current members of the Offshore Engineering Society and employees of Corporate Members who are not more than 35 years of age. However, in special cases, the OES Main Committee may sanction YOES membership above this age.
